Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes

The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was conducted on October 17th ,2023 at the community center. The gathering commenced promptly at 6:30 PM with Chairman, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

The board engaged in several topics including the upcoming fall festival, repairs needed to the common recreational space and resident inquiries about regarding noise ordinances.

Outlined Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association will be presenting several proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming scheduled meeting on September 8th. Announcement About Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake

Dear Residents,

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on late July, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent check here mowing of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
